“Nuttin’ But Stringz” = Nuttin But Stress. NOT a SHOWTIME example

Now for those of you who know me best – picking on people is not my thing and I will try and avoid it here.

The quick and low: Nuttin’ But Stringz is a musical group I worked with last weekend in a show a directed for the Make-A-Wish Foundation 25 year Gala. The good, they are talented musicians, in fact emmy award winning in their class who also became quite well known due to the America’s Got Talent show in which they were finalists.

The other good is we had a last minute act cancellation due to illness and we were able to get from point of contact to the stage in about 18 hours flying from NY to OH included. I applaud them for that and appreciate that.

However, what do you like to do to be a pleasure to work with your client? How can a SHOWTIME experience (always being at your best) translate not simply from the stage experience but into the overall experience in which your clients moved from a satisfied customer, to a loyal customer and finally an advocate

They sound checked well and went back to the hotel.
