Emceeing game shows and leading meaningful panels on ESG and sustainability, 2024 was a whirlwind of extraordinary experiences. But, as incredible as those moments were, nothing compares to the joy and pride of seeing my team and family shine!
A heartfelt thank-you to my COO, Cristina. At one event this year, a client spent MY entire introduction raving about her. Backstage, I couldn’t help but think, “Am I even going to get mentioned?” But hearing how much they value her filled me with absolute pride. Cristina is truly a powerhouse behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and making sure every client feels seen, supported, and cared for. I couldn’t ask for a better partner to help bring this vision to life.
Madison owned the stage in a theater production, Mackenzie brought energy and leadership to her cheer team at Miami University, and Sydney rocked the bass guitar with effortless confidence. Watching them excel at what they love reminds me why I do what I do. To every client and friend who’s let me bring my daughters to work, thank you. These shared experiences have created memories that are truly priceless, and they are among the highlights of my career.
