Kickoff day as the motivational speaker for a big School District in Oklahoma City was simply amazing! The excitement of the entire staff from the Administrators, Custodial team, transportation, food service, teachers and more were absolutely engaged and driven to start the school year the next day.
As the Keynote speaker for the school district kick-off, our goal was to demonstrate and reinforce the understanding that in order to perform as a top district in the state of Oklahoma we:
- Empower ourselves to identify opportunities in which to deliver our best performance
- Create #HashtagWorthy moments that students and families will share for years to come.
- And realize that successful relationships are not something we conquer, but in fact a series of simple moments that matter to those we serve.
As a motivational speaker who mixes education with inspiration and entertainment – it was a perfect fit. Always love the opportunity to be a professional speaker for school district opening days or start of the school year presentation for a school district. Look forward to the opportunity of speaking at more in the future as part of my future.
The photo element, is the Teamwork Levitation to demonstrate what is possible if we are willing to work together towards a common goal. Such a dream to be a speaker for the school district today! It was absolutely SHOWTIME!
One of my personal favorite things of being a motivational speaker for school districts and others, is hearing about what people will do differently as a result of the Keynote presentation.
Here was one of the emails received from the Administrative Office:
“It has been a crazy few days around here! You did a great job—we have had a ton of positive feedback…..even had a teacher assistant out in the crowd who talked to me after stating she had just finished her bachelors degree (in a non-teaching field) but felt like you were talking to her and she needs to make a difference—so she has interviewed for one of our open spots and is looking at getting emergency certified—she will hopefully have her own classroom in the next week.”
