If you’ve heard my “Passion, Pride and Innovation” keynote – you recall the end and the story of my great passion that keeps my drive alive. I have three wonderful daughters that are such a joy to be with. (I say that now, as none are teenagers. Three teenage girls – SCARES ME!)

If you haven’t taken a day aside in a while to rekindly your passion. Make sure you schedule it. If we don’t schedule it, email, phone, meetings (boring ones of course) and anything that can get in the way – will.

I like trying to understand pre-historic earth. The mere understanding of the amount of time this rock has been floating around fascinates me. So for fathers day, my girls took me to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History and we had a great time learning, laughing and playing.
